CANCELLATION POLICY
At Brush Hair Artistry, we value the time of both our clients and our talented stylists. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide everyone with the best experience, we have implemented the following policies: β’ Cancellations: A 20% cancellation fee will apply for any appointments canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else and maintain availability for all. β’ No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a 75% fee will be charged for the missed service. β’ Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to respect our stylistsβ time, and a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. These policies help us manage our time effectively and avoid gaps in our schedule due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We understand that life happens, but repeated no-shows prevent other clients from being able to book their much-needed appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Meet Crystal Owner/ Lead Artist of Brush Hair Artistry. π€ With over 20 years of hair expertise, Crystal has a special passion for blonding and lived-in color, grey blending, alongside crafting vibrant updos ,chic cuts, and makeup Artistry. Clients often joke sheβs their βHairapist,β but Crystalβs true joy comes from making people feel beautiful and connected! She also has a special love for horses and animals. Off-duty, she enjoys family time, cooking, gardening, often spending her free time embracing the outdoors.
Olivia Caola
Meet Olivia π€Team Lead Artist β known as Liv by friends and family. Liv is an experienced stylist who specializes in lived-in color, blonding, and formal styling. She has a true gift for making people feel heard and cared for, taking the time to listen and create looks that feel effortless, beautiful, and perfectly suited to each client. She is an absolute joy to work with and is known for her calm, gentle presence and the sweetest personality. Livβs soft, reassuring energy instantly puts clients at ease, creating a cozy, comfortable experience from the moment they sit in her chair. Outside of the salon, Liv is a devoted new mom and a total family girl at heart. She treasures time spent with her husband and daughter, soaking up all the little moments, along with cuddles from their two kitties. She also loves slow mornings at coffee shops, getting lost in a good book, and baking treats to share with the people she loves most. β¨ From the first consultation to the final style, Liv is all about creating hair youβll love β and she canβt wait to welcome you into her chair.
Gianna Delellis
Meet Gianna, a dedicated co-stylist at Brush Hair Artistry who is nearly finished with our apprenticeship program. Gianna is currently taking her own clients two days a week, and on the other days, she works as Crystalβs co-stylist β training, learning, and gaining hands-on experience side-by-side. She loves all things makeup and has a growing passion for lived-in highlights and dimensional color, especially stunning reds. Gianna is always exploring new techniques to expand her creativity behind the chair. Clients and team members adore her bubbly personality and the warm, constant smile she brings into the salon. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, watching movies, and shopping.
